RIITTA RAINIO is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Helsinki, Department of Philosophy, History, Culture and Art Studies/Musicology. Her postdoctoral research project “Music and sound practices at prehistoric North European burial, rock art and settlement sites” is funded by the Academy of Finland in 2013–2016. For the EMAP, she will prepare a replica with researcher Annemies Tamboer, and organize a workshop held at the University of Helsinki.
